We offer free domestic shipping (within the US) for orders $80 and above.
Orders placed before 1 pm Pacific Time will be shipped the same day.
Delivery takes about 3 to 7 working days.
We do shipping through US priority mail.
We do not deliver to PO boxes or armed forces APO/FPO addresses.
Some items might need to be shipped separately.
Once your order has shipped, we’ll email you all the details to track your order.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If there is any defect with your new Cou Cou product and you need to make an exchange, please email us within 30 days of receiving it at info@coucoustore.com. We will gladly exchange it. We will cover the return postage costs.
Items returned to us should be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition received.
If you wish to get a refund, please email us the reason first. We will respond. When we tell you, please send the unused item to us. We will cover the return postage costs. A refund will be issued to your account once received.
